~ In 1996 our family, weary of city hustle & bustle, moved to beautiful Qualicum Beach from the lower mainland of BC. We formed our own catering company “Hans on Cuisine Catering” in 1997. Now Tea Cozy B&B is the fulfillment of Tannis’ dream to one day open our quiet home to vacationers and travelers that enjoy the personal touch of a bed and breakfast.



Our two bedrooms are located upstairs with the shared bathroom in the middle. They both have comfortable queen beds with quality linens, bath robes, slippers, small seating area, TV’s and Wifi. The bathroom contains a shower (no bathtub), shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand gel, body lotion and a hair dryer. The towels are different colours so there can be no mix-up and there is room in the bedrooms to hang the towels if desired. Home made baking will be waiting in your room and Tannis is always (well, almost always) available to make tea or coffee at your request.

Fresh fruit will be in the room upon your arrival and tea, coffee, and cold drinks along with tasty treats will be available upon return from your outings. 

Breakfast will be served in our cozy kitchen or on the patio deck.  If you need to jump start your morning with a fresh cup of tea or coffee – we’ll have the pots brewing first thing.


 

Hans is a Swiss-trained chef who was honoured as one of Amerca's Outstanding Chefs during his 23 years as Executive Chef of the Park Royal Hotel in West Vancouver BC. Come and enjoy the delectible breakfasts he will be preparing.  And if you prefer, Hans will converse with you in German.
